Julie Lythcott-Haims

Julie Lythcott-Haims writes non-fiction, creative non-fiction, and poetry with the aim of helping humans thrive. Lythcott-Haims is the author of New York Times bestseller HOW TO RAISE AN ADULT: Break Free of the Overparenting Trap and Prepare Your Kid for Success. She holds a BA in American Studies from Stanford University, a JD from Harvard Law School, and an MFA in writing from California College of the Arts. She is a member of the San Francisco Writer’s Grotto and lives in Silicon Valley with her partner of close to thirty years, their two teenagers, and her mother.
